I knew it was going to be a challenging day when I received three phone calls at work this morning within half an hour of each other.

Call #1: From the elementary principal, who started the conversation by informing me there was a situation and that he had me on speaker phone

Call #2: From the hospital in St Paul, concerning Zeke

Call #3: From one of our Social Services workers, letting me know our foster baby was sick and wouldn't be able to go back to daycare.

Specifics in the morning. I'm tired and going to bed!
