I couldn't wait for the clinic to open this morning, but I did. 'Cause who wants to pay extra for emergency service when they'll still tell me the same thing at the clinic on Monday. Although I could have been on medication sooner.
Anyway, I went in at 8:40am this morning and the verdict is strep. The doctor actually cringed when she looked in my throat. Once on the medication, I'm out of commission for 24 hours. Medication and bed rest. Would someone please explain this to my husband and 6 children?
